Bootcamp and Weights with Shannon Cook
Shannon has been teaching group fitness classes for 33 years and is still going hard. She has been certified in just about everything fitness related (other than yoga :-)) Her Back to Basics Bootcamp combines plyometrics, cardio, and body weight exercises for a tough, total body sweat fest. Just Weights uses dumbbells and bodyweight exercises to increase strength, tone muscles, and burn fat.
